Canning Salsa Class – Healdton Community Library

Interested in learning about canning at home? Don’t miss the salsa canning class at the Healdton Community Library on Tuesday, July 30th at 10:00 AM. Whether you’re a first-time canner or need a refresher, this class is for you. Jovita Black, Certified Food Processor and Master Volunteer for Canning, will cover the basics of canning with high-acid foods.

Healdton Community Library is offering this program as part of a health literacy grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL). The program is funded in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

This program is part of the Summer Reading Program (SRP). The SRP is supported in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
