Technology Assistance
For Ages 18 and Up
Does jumping into new technology seem like a daunting task? Get a little help from a Digital Navigator! Johnston County Library will be offering personal help with technology from 2:00 to 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 9th. Participants, ages 18 and up, can get assistance with a variety of technological needs including computers, cellphones, tablets, job applications, and even setting up an email account. Call to schedule your 15-minute appointment today.
Let's Talk About It Book Discussion
For Ages 18 and Up
Join Johnston County Library for our Let’s Talk About It book discussion with “This is Where I Leave You” by Jonathan Tropper at 6:30 PM on Thursday, April 16th. Dr. Glenn Melancon will serve as the evening’s scholar as we explore the novel’s themes of family, grief, and relationships. Refreshments will be provided by the Johnston County Friends of the Library. Signing up is encouraged.
Matter of Balance Classes
For Seniors
Join the Johnston County Library on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 PM for a “Matter of Balance” class with instructor Raynie McGinnis. These classes are designed for ages 60 and up and will run from April 28th through May 21st. Call to sign up.

Join Johnston County Library for yoga on Mondays at 6:00 PM, kicking off on January 12th. Led by the talented yoga instructor Marianne Townsley, attendees will explore a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa styles that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized! Call to sign up.
