Cardio Drumming Classes
For Ages 18 and Up
Join us for cardio drumming classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 2:00 PM, starting April 6th and ending April 29th. Led by YMCA Fitness Instructor Susan Cowlbeck, these classes are designed for ages 18 and up and use exercise balls and drumsticks for a fun, engaging workout. No special clothing required. Attendees can bring their own exercise ball. Call to sign up.
Medicare Seminar
For Seniors
Join us at the Love County Library for an educational class at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, April 7th, with Anishalin Helms, Medicare Specialist. This class is designed to be informative and easy to understand. Seniors will learn all about the different parts of Medicare, how to enroll, and what benefits are available to them. Whether you're new to Medicare or have been enrolled for years, this is a great way to get the info you need. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn more about Medicare and how it can benefit you!
Flash Book Sale Event
With the Friends of Love County Library
The Friends of the Love County Library will have a flash book sale on Thursday, April 9th – Saturday, April 11th during regular business hours and will have books for all ages. Hardback books will be 5 for $2.00. Paperbacks will be 5 for $1.00. Call for more info.
Med Instead of Meds
For Ages 18 and Up
Join Love County Library from 1:00 - 3:00 PM on Thursday, April 16th and Thursday, April 23rd to learn Med instead of Meds with Andrea Snow, OSU Extension Office. Snow will guide attendees, ages 18 and up, on a different approach to a sustainable lifestyle rather than a strict diet. Call to sign up.
Sheet Pan Magnet Board Craft
For All Ages
It’s crafting time at Love County Library! Join us at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 18th, to craft a sheet pan magnet board. Participants of all ages will get to create their own magnet board using a cookie sheet pan, craft paper, fabric, Mod Podge, and paint. All supplies will be provided by the library. Call to sign up.
Book Club
For Ages 18 and Up
Join others at the Love County Library for their book club at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, April 28th. Conversation, fellowship, and refreshments will be centered on popular book titles for adults to discuss. This month’s book, “Remarkably Bright Creatures” by Shelby Van Pelt will be discussed. Call to sign up.
Tween & Teen Crochet
For Ages 12 - 18
Join the Love County Library at 3:30 PM on Tuesdays for Tween & Teen Crochet! Beginning on Tuesday, January 6, tweens and teens can come learn, create, and have fun with friends while crocheting. All skill levels are welcome to attend. Snacks and beverages will be provided by the library along with all supplies. Sign-ups are encouraged.
Coffee & Crochet
For All Ages
Looking for some new ideas on crocheting or just want a space to relax and crochet? At 3:00 PM on Thursdays, the Love County Library will be hosting a “Coffee & Crochet” weekly program with Andrea Snow with the OSU Extension Office. Attendees of all ages can enjoy some coffee and crocheting with others while sharing project ideas and learning something new. Call to sign up.
3D Printing Class
For All Ages
Ever wondered how 3D printing works? Want to see it in action? Come learn the basics of 3D printing with the library’s new 3D printer at the Love County Library. The library will host a 3D printing class every third Saturday of each month. This program is for all ages, but registration is required.
