Cardio Drumming Classes

For Ages 18 and Up
Join us for cardio drumming classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 2:00 PM, starting April 6th and ending April 29th. Led by YMCA Fitness Instructor Susan Cowlbeck, these classes are designed for ages 18 and up and use exercise balls and drumsticks for a fun, engaging workout. No special clothing required. Attendees can bring their own exercise ball. Call to sign up.
