Is your child interested in brushing up on their decorating skills for the upcoming holidays? Join the Healdton Community Library at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 4th for Decorating Cupcakes for Kids. Children ages 5 to 17 will learn to decorate cupcakes using a variety of different piping tips and techniques. Call to sign up as space and materials may be limited.
