Directions
To get to the Atoka County Library, on Hwy 69/75 turn east one block north of the stop light at Court Street. Continue East 1-1/2 blocks. The library is located on the north side in the middle of the block.

Annual Book Sale Event
Friends of the Atoka County Library
Come shop at The Friends of the Atoka County Library’s annual book sale on Saturday, April 11th from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and Sunday, April 12th from 1:00 – 3:00 PM for books of all ages. Can’t make it? We’ve got you covered! The book sale will continue Monday, April 13th – Thursday, April 16th during library hours. With something for everyone, annual sale includes books, audiobooks, puzzles, magazines, games, music and more! Cash only please. Call for more info.
DIY Mini Greenhouse Class
For All Ages
Explore the science of nature at Atoka County Library! Join us at 4:30 PM on Thursday, April 16th to make your own mini greenhouse in the April STEM class. Attendees for all ages will learn about plants and recycling as they make their own mini greenhouse from a recycled pop bottle. All materials provided by the library. Signing up is required.
Tai Chi Classes
For Ages 18 and Up
Looking for an exercise that improves strength, balance, and helps reduce stress? The Atoka County Library is offering Tai Chi classes for ages 18 and up. With instructor Kara Broome, classes will be offered every week at 2:00 PM on Mondays and Thursdays starting April 20th and will go through May 28th. Call to sign up.
3D Printing 101 Class
For Ages 10 and Up
Discover the fascinating world of 3D printing! Witness the magic in action and learn the basics of 3D printing at the Atoka County Library. Join us at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 24th, for a 3D Printing Class with Library Branch Manager Melissa Walker and Library Assistant Geraldine Southern. Call to sign up.
Next Steps: End of Life & After Loss Program
For Ages 18 and Up
Join Atoka County Library from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Thursday, April 30th for Next Steps: End of Life & After Loss Program to get some answers. Attendees will receive education on the many different aspects of end-of-life assistance. The program will feature the following presenters: End of Life Doula Kelly Woolly RN, Estate Auction & Planning Matt Sandmann, Brown’s Funeral Services Grayson Axsom, Attorney Complete Legal Johnny Sandmann. Presentations will be followed by a Q&A session. Call for more information.
Yoga Class
For Ages 18 and Up
Destress and unwind at the Atoka County Library with our weekly Yoga classes. Join us every Wednesday at 10:00 am starting January 7th, for a rejuvenating program led by yoga instructor Marianne Townsend. Call to sign up.

Monthly Local Services and Resources Visit
With the Atoka County Health Department
Connect with local services and resources at the Atoka County Library! Stop by the library from 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM on the 1st Friday of each month and visit with Tracie Smith, Community Health Worker with the Atoka County Health Department, who will advise patrons on local services. This monthly program is for ages 18 and up, providing important information on how to get food, housing, clothing, and basic needs. Call for more information.
CREOKS Health & Housing Services
For Ages 18 and Up
Stop by the Atoka County Library from 12:00 – 2:30 PM every 3rd Friday of each month and visit with CREOKS Health & Housing Services for all your mental health and housing needs. Call for more information.
