For All Ages
Summer Reading Programming opens at Davis Public Library this June and July! Featuring the theme “Unearth A Story” the annual SRP will host the following performers at 2:00 PM on every Thursday. Call for more information.
“Build Your Own T-Rex” Kit Card Class
For Children of All Ages
Join Davis Public Library for an innovative program for dinosaur enthusiasts and curious young minds! At 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30, the library will host a “Build Your Own T-Rex” Kit Card class designed for children. Call to sign up.
3D Printing Class
For Tweens and Teens
Join Davis Public Library for a tween & teen 3D Printing Class at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 7th. Attendees will learn the basics of 3D printing, where to start in creating their own 3D designs and choose a 3D print to make and take home at a later date. Call to sign up.
Book Signing Event
With Author Carolyn Brown
The Davis Public Library is excited to announce a special book signing event on Saturday, July 25th, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, featuring acclaimed author Carolyn Brown. Community members are invited to meet Brown and celebrate the release of her new poetry collection, “That’s the Way It Was in 1980.” Attendees will have the unique opportunity to chat with Carolyn Brown, hear her share captivating stories, and gain insights into her creative process. The event promises a warm and engaging atmosphere for adult guests who appreciate poetry and storytelling. Free and open to the public.
Book Club
For Ages 18 and Up
Join friends at the Davis Public Library for their book club at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, July 28th. Conversation, fellowship, and refreshments will be centered on popular book titles for adults to discuss. This month’s book, “The Wedding People” by Alison Espach, will be discussed. Call to sign up.
1,000 Books before Kindergarten
For Ages 4 and Younger
It's easy! One day, one book. Help your child get ready. The goal is to read 1,000 books before your little one starts kindergarten. Sign up your baby, toddler, or preschooler, and get rewards.
Game Night

Game night is the perfect way to bring the thrill of an all-out magical battle to your friends and family all in one convenient box. Fans of Magic the Gathering are invited to the Davis Public Library every Thursday at 6:00 PM to participate in this popular competition. In addition to this popular card game, the library will also have board games available for everyone to play.
