“Most of us know that spending time in nature makes us feel good, but research shows that the benefits are deeper and more far-reaching than what we might expect,” said Reference and Adult Services Librarian, Pam Bean. “Our goal is to help encourage everyone to take a little time outside and enjoy their surroundings.”

This lecture is part of our “Age Well” series, designed to provide valuable insights, expert guidance, and practical tools for navigating the aging journey with confidence.
