Directions
To get to the Atoka County Library, on Hwy 69/75 turn east one block north of the stop light at Court Street. Continue East 1-1/2 blocks. The library is located on the north side in the middle of the block.

March STEM Class
St. Patrick’s Day Treasure Hunt Rainbow Slime
Explore St. Patrick’s Day with science at Atoka County Library! Join us at 4:30 PM on Thursday, March 12th, to explore all things winter with our March STEM class. Attendees ages 6 – 12 will learn how to make fluffy rainbow slime and hide gold coins in the slime to create a St. Patrick’s Day Treasure Hunt. Call for more information.
With SOLS
This spring, the Southern Oklahoma Library System is thrilled to announce our participation in Neighborhood Forest's 17th Annual Free Tree Program as part of our Earth Week celebrations from April 19 - 25! Scan the QR code and fill out the online registration form by March 15th. Tree saplings will be delivered to your SOLS branch and will be arranged to get the tree sapling in the hands of your children on or around Earth Day (April 22nd) to pick up. With a Digital Navigator
Atoka County Library will be offering personal help with technology from 12:30 to 2:30 PM on Wednesday, March 18th. Participants, ages 18 and up, can get assistance with a variety of technological needs, including computers, cellphones, tablets, job applications, and even setting up an email account. Taste the Rainbow: Healthy Colorful Snacks
For Ages 8 to 13
Join us at Atoka County Library at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 20th, for a fun-filled workshop where you’ll discover how to make healthy, vibrant snacks that are as fun to make as they are to eat! Children will get hands-on experience crafting rainbow fruit skewers and mini fruit tacos, perfect for impressing friends and family. Call to sign up.

Destress and unwind at the Atoka County Library with our weekly Yoga classes. Join us every Wednesday at 10:00 am starting January 7th, for a rejuvenating program led by yoga instructor Marianne Townsend. Call to sign up.
Monthly Local Services and Resources Visit
With the Atoka County Health Department
Connect with local services and resources at the Atoka County Library! Stop by the library from 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM on the 1st Friday of each month and visit with Tracie Smith, Community Health Worker with the Atoka County Health Department, who will advise patrons on local services. This monthly program is for ages 18 and up, providing important information on how to get food, housing, clothing, and basic needs. Call for more information.

Stop by the Atoka County Library from 12:00 – 2:30 PM every 3rd Friday of each month and visit with CREOKS Health & Housing Services for all your mental health and housing needs. Call for more information.
