Disaster Preparedness Tech Tips – Champion Public Library

Join Champion Public Library at 9:30 AM on Thursday, May 14th for AARP’s Disaster Preparedness Tech Tips, an online Zoom class. Seniors and adults 18 and up are welcome to learn how technology can help prepare individuals in emergency situations. The class will go over features on FEMA and Red Cross apps, social media information from authorities, built in smartphone features, and explore how to keep phones and essential devices charged for power outages. The Digital Navigation program is made possible through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL) and the Oklahoma Department of Human Resources (DHS).
