Interested in gentle exercise to help your heart, mind and aching joints? Join Champion Public Library for a 10-session chair yoga class. Led by instructor Tori Spraggins, this class will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30 PM starting Monday, March 3rd – Wednesday, April 2nd. Chair yoga introduces stretches that can help with joint pain relief, encourage relaxation, increase flexibility plus improve circulation, and combat depression and anxiety. All exercises shown in this class are done while standing beside or sitting in a chair.
