Book Club
For Ages 18 and Up
Join others at the Healdton Community Library for a monthly book club on Monday, May 18th at 5:30 PM. Conversation, fellowship, and refreshments will be centered on popular book titles for adults to discuss. This month's book selection is “Project Hail Mary” by Andy Weir. Call to sign up.
Adopt a Mini Dinosaur
For All Ages
Stop by the Healdton Community Library from Monday, May 25th to Friday, May 29th during regular library hours to adopt your very own mini 3D-printed dinosaur. Visitors of all ages are invited to pick out their favorite dinosaur and receive an official certificate of adoption. Call for more info.
Community Colonial Gardening Class
For All Ages
Discover the fascinating history of gardening at the Healdton Community Library! Join us at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 29th, for an engaging session led by instructor Claire Golubski. Explore the roots of community and colonial gardening, learn how to plant and care for vegetables including watering and maintenance tips plus gain insight into gardening traditions through the ages. Summer Reading Kick Off Party
For Children of All Ages
Join Healdton Community Library and Wilson Public Library at Healdton Oil Museum (10734 Oklahoma 76, Healdton, OK) from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 30th for our annual Summer Reading Program Kick Off Foam Party. Children of all ages are welcome to cool off with our fantastic foam cannon. Sunscreen, goggles, a towel, and waterproof shoes are recommended. Call for more information.

Kik It Up into the Kitchen

Is your child curious about healthy cooking? Bring them to the Healdton Community Library every Thursday at 10:00 AM, from June 4th through June 25th, for a deliciously fun culinary adventure! Whittiny Barber from the OSU Extension will lead “Kik It Up: Encouraging Kids in the Kitchen,” an exciting summer program for children. Call to sign up.
