Looking for an Irish-inspired meal for St. Patrick’s Day? Join Parker Memorial Library for a hearty and delicious demo at 6:00 PM on Monday, March 16th at the Murray County OSU Extension Center Kitchen, 3490 Highway 7 West in Sulphur. With Educator Debbie Sharp of the OSU Extension Office, participants will learn to cook from scratch a one-pot meal using cabbage, sausage, and Irish flavors. Adults and teens are welcome to call and sign up for this delightful class.
Parker Memorial Library is offering this program as part of a health literacy grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL). The program is funded in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
