Join friends at the Wilson Public Library for a monthly book club at 5:30 PM on Thursday, March 26th. Conversation, fellowship, and refreshments will be centered on popular book titles for adults to discuss. This month’s book selection is “Too Old for This” by Samantha Downing.
Lottie Jones thought she had left her past crimes behind. Years ago, she changed her name and hid herself in a small town. Her most exciting nights are playing bingo at the church and chatting with her friends. When reporter Plum Dixon comes to her door asking about Lottie’s past and her possible connection to several unsolved crimes, Lottie knows she can’t let that happen. Getting away with murder is hard enough when you’re young. Now, as Lottie hears another knock at the door, she realizes this new danger could finally reveal her secrets and put her life at risk.
Participants are encouraged to check out the book by visiting the Wilson Public Library at 1087 US Hwy. 70A in Wilson or call (580) 668-2486. The Wilson Public Library is a branch of the Southern Oklahoma Library System.
