Want to start baking your own sourdough creations? Teens and adults, ages 12 and up, are welcome to join Healdton Community Library at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, October 6th for a Sourdough Starter Class. Instructors Amanda Lewis and Daela Echols of the OSU Carter County Extension Office will walk attendees through how to begin their own sourdough journey. Each participant will be required to pay a $5 fee to cover supplies but will take home their own sourdough starter. Call in advance to reserve your spot in class.
