Kids Tile Painting Craft Class
For Ages 5 and Up
Join us for Summer Crafts at Parker Memorial Library! On Saturday, May 31st at 1:30 PM, the library will host a fun tile painting craft class. Children aged 5 and up will have the chance to paint and customize tiles that can be used as drink coasters or decorative pieces for their homes. All supplies will be provided by the library. We encourage everyone to sign up!

Craft Class Tile Painting
For Ages 12 and Up
Want to paint tiles with fellow craft enthusiasts? Join Parker Memorial Library on Monday, June 2nd at 6:00 PM for a Tile Painting Craft Class. Participants ages 12 and up will use markers and isopropyl alcohol or scrapbook paper to decorate their own tiles. This class is free and open to the public. Calling ahead to reserve a spot is encouraged.

Healthy Snacks Cooking Class
For Ages 6 - 11
Join Parker Memorial Library for a new twist on healthy snacks. Join instructor Debbie Sharp with the Murray County OSU Extension Office on Wednesday, June 4 at 11:00 AM to learn how to make healthy snacks like orange Julius, cheese quesadillas, and sour patch grapes. This class is designed for children and sign-ups are encouraged.

SRP Performers
For All Ages
Summer Reading Programming continues at Parker Memorial Library this June! Featuring the theme “Color Our World” the annual SRP will host the following performers every Thursday in June at 11:00 AM. These events are free and open to the public.

Summer Yoga Class
For Teens and Adults
Do you want to give yoga a try but don’t know where to start? Join Parker Memorial Library for a summer yoga course led by instructor Angela Deen. Teens and adults will learn about basic postures and breathing techniques that help enhance flexibility, balance, and well-being. This yoga class will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00 AM beginning June 9th – July 23rd. Call to sign up.

Between Bites Book Club
For Ages 18 and Up
Join Parker Memorial Library on Wednesday, June 18th at 12:00 PM for the continuation of Between Bites Book Club. This club is a laid-back lunch-hour book club where good stories and great conversations come together for adults ages 18 and up. This month's book selection is “Shelterwood” by Lisa Wingate. Bring your own lunch and let’s chat while we chew!

Friendship Bracelet Class
For Ages 6 - 11
Get ready for a summer of creativity at Parker Memorial Library! Join us on Saturday, June 21st at 1:30 PM for a crafty friendship bracelet class designed for children ages 6 - 11. Dive into fun and learn two simple techniques to craft your very own friendship bracelets, perfect for trading with a friend. Cal to sign up.

Storytime
For Ages 0 - 5
Looking for the perfect activity for your young child? On Thursdays at 10:00 AM, Parker Memorial Library will be hosting Storytime for children. Children and their families will sing songs, listen to a story, and do a fun craft. This activity will continue weekly until Thursday, May 29th.
