Join the Parker Memorial Library at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, November 12th, for a diabetes prevention and management class. Led by Debra Graham, RN, BSN, from the Murray County Health Department, teens and adult attendees will learn about how carbs and exercise affect blood sugar. This program is free and open to the public.
