Join the Love County Library on Saturday, August 16th, from 1:00 – 4:00 PM to take a course in how to save a life in a bleeding emergency before help arrives. With instructor Andrea Snow with the OSU Extension Office of Love County, attendees will learn how to recognize life-threatening bleeding, how to apply pressure and pack wounds, how to properly use a tourniquet, and how you can be the difference between life and death in an emergency. Ages 18 and up are welcome to attend; however, due to limited space, attendees will need to sign up by calling the OSU Extension office at (580) 276-3385 or emailing andrea.snow@okstate.edu.
