The Wilson Public Library is excited to announce a hands-on, creative craft event for tweens and their families: “Yarn-Wrapped Cardboard Letters,” taking place from 2:00 to 4:00 PM on Monday, September 14th. This fun, come-and-go program invites participants to transform plain cardboard letters into personalized works of art using colorful yarn, creativity, and a dash of inspiration.
Geared toward tweens, but welcoming younger children with adult guidance, this program encourages self-expression through stripes, blocks, and patterns of yarn. Participants can create a custom monogram or even spell out their entire name, with all materials provided by the library.
