Strength & Balance Class – Champion Public Library

This exercise class is designed to empower adults to enhance their strength, balance, and flexibility. The movements taught will concentrate on specific exercises to boost strength, stability, and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints, while enhancing your reaction time. All exercises can be performed with chairs or standing with light weights, exercise bands, and clothes pins to help maintain strength in large and small groups of muscles.

Champion Public Library is offering this program as part of a health literacy grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL). The program is funded in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
