Do you want to give yoga a try but don’t know where to start? Join Parker Memorial Library for a summer yoga course led by instructor Angela Deen. Teens and adults will learn about basic postures and breathing techniques that help enhance flexibility, balance, and well-being. This yoga class will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00 AM from June 9th to July 23rd. Signing up is encouraged.
Parker Memorial Library is offering this program as part of a health literacy grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL). The program is funded in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
