Does jumping into new technology seem like a daunting task? Want to know if you qualify for Depart of Human Resources (DHS) assistance? Get a little help from a Digital Navigator! The Love County Library will be offering personal help with technology on Thursday, April 24th from 1:00 – 3:00 PM. Participants can be helped with a variety of technological needs including computers, cellphones, job applications and even setting up an email account. A Digital Navigator will also be available to assist in signing up for programs through the DHS including; Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and much more. Please call ahead to reserve a spot, appointments are encouraged.
The Digital Navigation program is made possible through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL) and the Oklahoma Department of Human Resources (DHS).
