Instant Pot Cooking Demo – Wilson Public Library

Join the Wilson Public Library on Wednesday, June 4th at 5:30 PM for a demonstration on how to use an instant pot pressure cooking for healthy meals. Participants will learn how to use the instant pot while making a Santa Fe Chicken recipe. Best of all, attendees will get to sample the chicken recipe. This class is intended for ages 18 and up, and advance sign-ups are encouraged.

Wilson Public Library is offering this program as part of a health literacy grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL). The program is funded in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

The Summer Reading Program is also supported in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
