Is your New Year’s resolution to tame stress and anxiety? Back by popular demand, join Wilson Public Library on Wednesdays at 1:30 PM for Yoga Gentle Flow starting January 7th. Led by instructor Hannah Benson, this gentle yoga class is a combination of yoga poses that have been modified to help build strength, flexibility, and learn a variety of relaxation practices to help restore peace of mind. These classes are designed for adults and seniors who are beginners through expert level at yoga. Participants are encouraged to call and reserve their spot; space is limited. Guests are welcome to bring their own yoga mat, or one will be provided.
Wilson Public Library is offering this program as part of a health literacy grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL). The program is funded in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
