Kick off your summer with energy and strength at the Champion Public Library’s Calisthenics Class! Join instructor Hannah Benson every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 AM, from July 7th to July 30th, for a dynamic and motivating workout.
Designed for adults 18 and older, these classes will focus on building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing body control using the power of your own body weight with no special equipment required! Whether you’re a beginner or looking to elevate your fitness routine, these classes welcome all experience levels.
