Bring cherished family photos back to life at the Champion Public Library’s “Restoring Past Memories: Digital Photo Repair Class” on Saturday, June 6th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Designed for adults ages 18 and up, this hands-on workshop will guide you through the process of digitally repairing torn, scratched, or discolored photographs using a free, easy-to-download program. Attendees will learn the basics of photo retouching, image composition, and digital authoring by using techniques for mending tears, eliminating scratches, and restoring faded or discolored areas. By restoring old family photos, you’ll help preserve precious memories for generations to come. Please remember to bring a photo you’d like to repair. Space is limited, sign up today to reserve your spot! Refreshments will be provided by the library.
This project was made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
