Protein Power Cooking Class – Davis Public Library

Want to change up your snack routine? Join Davis Public Library on Saturday, August 9th at 10:00 AM to sample delicious protein power balls with guest cook Shannon Ellis. Protein balls are a fun and tasty snack that can make a great addition to your diet when made with healthy ingredients. They’re a super convenient way to boost your protein intake and keep your energy levels up, making them perfect for busy days or as a quick snack before a workout. All materials will be provided by the library. This class is for ages 18 and up, and sign-ups are encouraged.

Davis Public Library is offering this program as part of a health literacy grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL). The program is funded in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
