Med Instead of Meds Program – Love County Library
Looking for a better alternative than the last diet craze? Join Love County Library from 1:00 – 3:00 PM on Thursday, April 16th and Thursday, April 23rd to learn Med instead of Meds with Andrea Snow, OSU Extension Office. Snow will guide attendees, ages 18 and up, on a different approach to sustainable lifestyle rather than a strict diet. This Mediterranean-style diet can improve health and reduce the need for chronic disease medications as it focuses on eating more plants, healthy fats, and seafood, while limiting processed foods, red meat, and sugar. Call to sign up.
