Kitchen Safety for Children – Love County Library

Join Love County Library and Bri Daniel from OSU Extension for a demonstration on kitchen safety and make healthy snacks using fruits and veggies from the community garden. Children 8 and up are welcome to attend this summer event. The first program on Wednesday, July 17th at 3:00 PM will be a demo on fruit kabobs with dip. The second program on Tuesday, July 30th at 3:00 PM will be a demo on veggie kabobs with dip. Reservations are recommended as spots are limited.

This program is also featured as part of the Summer Reading Program (SRP). The SRP is supported in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.

Love County Library is offering this program as part of a health literacy grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL). The program is funded in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
