Calling all young dinosaur enthusiasts! Join Parker Memorial Library for our Eruption Dinosaur Extinction Slime class at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 1st. This interactive program invites children of all ages to step back in time and reenact their own “extinction event” with a stunning eruption that magically transforms into slime! Participants will engage in hands-on science fun as they create a spectacular volcanic eruption, then watch as it turns into ooey-gooey slime. All supplies will be provided by the library. Signing up is encouraged.
The Summer Reading Program is also supported in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
For more information, contact the Parker Memorial Library at (580) 634-2315 or visit the library at 500 West Broadway in Sulphur. The Parker Memorial Library is a branch of the Southern Oklahoma Library System.
