Get ready to find your rhythm this new year at Love County Library! Join us for cardio drumming classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 2:00 PM, starting February 2nd and ending February 25th. Led by YMCA Fitness Instructor Susan Cowlbeck, these classes are designed for ages 18 and up using exercise balls and drumsticks for a fun and engaging workout. No special clothing required. Love County Library is offering this program as part of a health literacy grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL). The program is funded in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
